Monster Mobile Cellular Phone Accessories may be returned within fifteen days from the original date of purchase for an even exchange or a full refund of the cost of the product excluding shipping & handling costs. All products must be returned along with the original box/packaging, instruction manual, and proof of purchase.
Clearly Wireless, Inc. will not accept any product for exchange or refund when damaged due to mishandling, exposure to liquids, excessive exposure to sun or heat, or damage due to severe impact.

If a return is requested for Aftermarket /Generic Cellular Phone Accessories after fifteen days of the original purchase date to up to 12 months, the product will be replaced/exchanged with a new or reconditioned similar product.
