Thank you for taking the time to serve as a volunteer in our Parents on Campus program. Your presence will help to promote a more caring and peaceful atmosphere at ____________ school.

Parking is available in the visitors parking lot located at ____________. All visitors must check in at the main office before walking on campus.

We have scheduled you to walk on campus at ____________ . Please arrive a few minutes early. Upon your arrival, a volunteer greeter will give you a brief orientation. The Parents on Campus office is located at ____________ . Please head there immediately after checking in at the main office.

We provide a lockable cabinet, though we encourage you to keep valuables on your person. A distinctive Parents on Campus vest or jacket is provided to wear during your time on campus. For your own comfort, wear comfortable shoes and clothing.

We encourage feedback about your time on campus so please fill out the Parents on Campus log after your shift. Thanks again for your participation in the Parents on Campus program
