BLM Land: 25,000 acres. The Stanley Ranch owns the rights to the Desert Mountain allotment. It is considered the richest allotment in the area, with a heavy stand of Indian Rice Grass.
Grazing Permit: for 834 AUM’s. The permit runs November 1 through March 31.
Capacity: 168 cow/calf pairs.
BLM Wells: Two windmill water wells, one fuel pumped well, spaced out over the 25,000 acres, each with stock watering tanks.
